Alberta Sales Manager Wanted
We require a dynamic individual who is seeking full time employment as a Sales Manager for the province of Alberta. With nearly one hundred professional Agrologists throughout Canada and the USA, AGRI-TREND™ Inc. (ATI) has its head office in Red Deer, Alberta. Agri-Trend Aggregation Inc (ATAI) is an affiliate of ATI. You will become a member of a highly effective sales team which utilizes leading edge technology and regulatory knowledge to meet customer needs. Extensive training will be provided.
Primary Responsibilities
Working with the President, develop an annual performance plan and manage the expense budget. Develop and execute account plans as part of an overall territory plan which supports the objectives of the business plan. Increase ATAI sales and market share in the defined territory and marketplace. Develop and nurture relationships with other Agri-Trend personnel, retailers and growers to promote the use of the ATAI Soil Carbon Offset Process (SCOP™). Drive demand by providing agronomic and technical solutions and services to primary producers. Adhere to ATAI Code of Ethics in your day to day activities.
Specific Responsibilities
· To participate in ATAI’s Carbon Aggregation business in Alberta.
· Prepare and conduct producer information meetings.
· Engage and train new Agri-Coaches, retailers, and independent Carbon sales personnel to drive demand for new Carbon Offset clients.
· To assist in the aggregation of Carbon Offsets with producers, Agri-Trend professional Agrologists (Agri-Coaches) and specific retailers in the agricultural sector.
· To establish an “in house” option for producers who have no access to any of the above.
· Generate Offset tonnes to a level established by the current business plan within expense guidelines.
· To provide other services as may be required by ATAI from time to time.
· This position reports directly to the President of Agri-Trend Aggregation, Inc.
